My name is Adrian. I am a Kinesiology Graduate Student at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a CrossFit Trainer at The Foundry – Union Station CrossFit. I am also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), and a Running Technique Specialist (RTS).
